Much has been accomplished in the past 10 days, with electrical rough-in and screen framing complete.

View from the side- we’ll have horizontal slats across the lower section to protect the screen from over-zealous schnauzers.

Base trim work around the eaves

The untreated trim work will get a protective coat of paint, and going up in the near future will be a 52″ outdoor fan and overhead lights, and of course, screens!
