Bardolino was a lovely town to base ourselves as it is quite walkable, has lovely views of the lake, and isn’t too noisy at night.

Walking around town you hear a lot of German, as it is (apparently) a favored vacation spot. The streets were quaint and fairly pedestrian friendly, with a good number of restaurants and independent clothing boutiques.

We enjoyed several sunsets along the waterfront, which has a marina and lovely promenade.
