Back in October we finally replaced our AC and gas heater. While they were still working, many of the parts were 20+ years old and long overdue for replacement. We figured it was better to be proactive then freezing/sweating when something finally failed on us.

After – the installers agreed to remove the non-operational hot tub pumps and cap the gas lines in the area so they could use some of the space.
