Almost four years ago, Eric spotted a great deal on a ReplayTV box with a lifetime subscription. Fork over $300 now and never pay another fee for the life of the unit! This box has been fantastic, but when we got DISH, we leased a new DVR that can not only record two shows at one time (genius!) but also in HD.

Our poor ReplayTV box was regulated to the floor in Eric’s office. Rejected.

So! We decided to find it a new home through eBay…

We just about made back the original cost of the unit, so we basically rented the unit over four years for a mere $20. Sweet.
