Yes, wish me luck on the CSA consumption! We get a coupel share, but since well be out of town soon we needed to double up one week. The only thing I’m concerned about is 3 lbs of beans in one weeks…I suppose I can always wash and freeze them.
BTW, my hubby is a post doc scientist too. He did his undergrad work in neuro and is now at the EPA doing toxicology work.
