Dry Falls

Location: North Carolina
Note: A nice feature is being able to walk behind the falls (you'll get some spray, but stay mostly dry).
Directions: This waterfall is located about 1 mile north of Bridal Veil Falls on Scenic Hwy 64 north of Highlands, NC. Driving north from Highlands, the well marked parking lot will be on the left. It's a short set of stairs to the falls.
