Went to the gym for a run and found myself totally bored on the treadmill after a mile. So I upped the speed and sweated out another mile. I think outdoor running has changed my perspective on indoor running.

Ran on the treadmill for a bit but I forgot clips for my hair, so I switched to the bike. I hate having my hair in my face when I'm trying to run... Just a quick gym workout to get my body moving.

Saturday, May 1
5K race
3.1 miles
Participated in the Jog for Justice 5K this morning. My two goals were to keep running (even uphill!) and beat 30 minutes. I finished in 0:29:36 and I ran the whole thing. I felt this race was harder than my last two because there were many more hills but I am so proud of myself because I kept going.
