Participated
in the Jog for Justice 5K this morning. My two goals were to keep
running (even uphill!) and beat 30 minutes. I finished in 0:29:36
and I ran the whole thing. I felt this race was harder than my last
two because there were many more hills but I am so proud of myself
because I kept going. |
