in the pool at 6:15am. It's hard for me to tell when I'm tired in
the pool cause the water's cool and there's no sweat. I got out of
the pool after a half hour feeling dehydrated and flushed, but good.
I alternated two laps breaststroke with two laps freestyle. |

been excercising that much due to travel and general laziness. The
