the veggie garden! the mint is still out of control but we have
several baby tomatoes and lots of flowers (i.e. potential edibiles)
on the peppers and cucumbers
a cucumber runner grabbing hold of the fence
and the astilbe in full bloom
Eric finally tired of the irises that refused to bloom, so he tore
them out and now we have lavender and other flowering plants instead
